Jern Tonkoi writes queer fiction about love, memory, secrecy, and the cost of being known.

Her books move between Devon coast mysteries, Cork psychological crime, speculative romance, contemporary romance, gothic tenderness, and intimate standalone stories. Across those shelves, she returns to flawed people trying to live honestly when grief, guilt, desire, and old histories refuse to stay quiet.

Jern lives between Thailand and the United Kingdom, publishes independently through Tonkoi Books, and is a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors.
